The Black Hand

Applicants must submit an application on the boards containing:

1. Character name
2. Current class
3. 3rd class to take
4. Screenshot of the character showing character PTs and level.
5. Previous guild (if any)
6. Reason for leaving your previous guild.

Guild requirement:

1. Level requirement is level 30.
2. Must be cooperative.
3. Must have good manners (specially towards the Guild Leader as well as to fellow Accretians).
4. Must have read the RF Online Magna Carta.



Guild Rules:


1. Attending the 9 pm chip war is a must, unless the Archon tells the whole race not to do so.
2. Stay away from doing unruly acts towards other Accretians and The Black Hand. This will include:

Major Offenses:

a. Hacking
Penalty: Immediate expulsion from the guild.

b. Scamming
Penalty: Immediate expulsion from the guild.

c. Using third-party programs.
Penalty: Immediate expulsion from the guild.

Minor Offenses:

a. Kill stealing/Quest stealing
Penalty: 4 Warnings will be given to offending member. After 4 warnings, the offending member will be expelled from the guild.

However, if the kill stealing was done in a kill stealing prone area(Accretia headquarters, Nexus server), the accusation will be disregarded.

b. Verbal abuse
Penalty: 4 Warnings will be given to offending member. After 4 warnings, the offending member will be expelled from the guild.

c. Shouting explicit websites
Penalty: 4 Warnings will be given to offending member. After 4 warnings, the offending member will be expelled from the guild.

3. All dismissed members will be announced in the forums and in the map chat. All dismissed members is not eligible for joining the guild again.

4. Once a member leaves the guild without notice to the High Council, he will not be accepted into the guild again.
